At RA Gold Gallery, each piece is created with exceptional care and attention to detail. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the item remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us within this timeframe. Once the item is received and carefully inspected by our team, and its condition approved, your refund will be processed within 7–15 business days using the original method of payment.
Please note that pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Additionally, personalised, engraved, or bespoke creations are crafted exclusively for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
